Valuations of investment property

NEPI Rockcastle assesses the valuation of its property portfolio twice a year (as at 30 June and 31 December). Fair value is determined by external, independent professional valuers, with appropriate and recognised qualifications, and recent experience in the locations and category of properties being valued.

The valuations as at 31 December 2017 were performed by Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International. Valuations as at 30 June 2018 were performed by Cushman & Wakefield and JLL.
The fair value of investment property is based on the reports from Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers international.
